Product Overview & Key Features
Our suction sandblasting cabinet (also called siphon blast cabinet) adopts a negative-pressure injector blasting principle for manual dry surface treatment. It is an economical and reliable solution for small and medium-sized metal workpieces, widely used for rust removal, oxide scale cleaning, casting deburring and machining mark elimination, delivering a uniform matte surface finish.
Compared with high-pressure blasting systems, it features lower procurement cost, simple operation and moderate abrasive consumption, making it ideal for small and medium batch production. Optional turntable and tumble barrel accessories are available to match different production needs.
Advantage
- High-efficiency cyclone separation: Maximizes abrasive recycling rate and reduces daily consumable costs
